How do I pause or resume sales in the Store?

✅ Wadiz Store Pause/Resume Sales Request

Please submit your request through Help Center Inquiry, and we will review and reflect the changes within 3 business days.

When sales are paused, the product will not be searchable on the Wadiz website.
When you request to resume sales, the status will be changed to "Waiting for Sale", and the maker can press the [Launch Sale] button directly in the Maker Studio to make the product available for sale again.
If you want to pause/resume sales of a W-Delivery Project, please contact team.store@wadiz.kr and we will check and reflect the changes.
