What should I do if a store item was shipped incorrectly?

If you are waiting for delivery or in the middle of delivery, we can change it to the pre-shipment state.

In fact, if the delivery has already been completed, the maker must directly communicate with the supporter and handle it.
If you are waiting for delivery or in transit, please leave your project number, maker name, and order number as a help center contact registration. After checking, we will proceed with the invoice initialization process. When the initialization is completed, the maker can enter the new invoice number directly from the store studio.
