What is the store refund and cancellation policy?

The refund policy under the e-commerce law applies.

  • Supporters can cancel their order at any time before receiving the product, when the delivery status value is ‘Preparing for shipment’.
  • Supporters can request a refund due to a simple change of mind within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds due to defects can be requested within 90 days of receiving the product or within 30 days of learning of the defect.
