I'm curious about the Wadiz Targeted Ad exposure criteria

New User Target (Non-Target) and Wadiz User Target (Retarget) are automatically targeted into two groups.

Non-Target refers to an ad target that targets all Facebook users without the demographic criteria provided by Facebook, and can effectively find new potential customers and secure a wide exposure range and low cost per impression.

Retarget is a target that re-exposes ads to users who have had action experience on the Wadiz web/app in the last 60 days, and is also exposed to a 5% similar target range to secure conversion value.
