'Non-Targeted Ad Set' is exposed to all users of Facebook, effectively finds new potential customers using algorithms, and provides a wide exposure range and low cost per exposure. 'Non-Targeted Ad Set' is created based on the gender/age/region information entered in the [Campaign Information Input] step.
'Retarget Ad Set (Basic)' is used to increase ad efficiency by utilizing Wadiz's target information. It targets users who have made a purchase/visited/Save notification within 60 days on Wadiz and targets similar to them.
