Can I change the creative of a Wadiz display ad?

✅ Display Ad Creative Change

  • If the ad status is [Requested], you can change it directly under [My Ads].

  • For [Requested] status, cancel the request first and then edit the ad yourself.

  • If the ad status is [In Contract], click the [Edit Request] tab to make changes.

  • If the ad status is [Scheduled/In Progress], direct edits are not possible. Please submit the project number and the new creative via the Help Center, and the team will assist you promptly.
