How can I get a refund for Wadiz Biz Money?

  • Refunds can be requested only after all campaigns have ended and the deposit return is completed.

  • Register your refund account in [Settings] within the Biz Center and then submit your refund request.

✅ Settlement Completion Timing

  • Target Ads: Campaign end date +4 days

  • Display / Push Ads: Campaign end date +1 day
