✅ How to participate in the Wadiz Special Exhibition

The conditions and benefits of participation may differ for each exhibition, so please check the details before applying.
① Apply to participate in the exhibition
On the details page of the exhibition, click the Join button and submit the application.
The qualifications for participation, progress schedule, and benefits for each exhibition may differ, so please check the contents thoroughly.
② Authenticating the Maker
Once you submit your application, you will receive an authentication message via Kakao Notification Talk within a maximum of two business days.
By entering the project number you will be participating in by the indicated deadline, the certification will be completed, and your application will be finalised at this stage.
Until the deadline for recruitment of the exhibition, you can modify the project number you entered at the time of certification.
If you need to change it, please re-certify it with the project number you want to change.
③ Check the results of the selection of the exhibition
When maker authentication is completed, an e-mail will be sent within an average of 5 minutes as a result of the selection.
If you haven't received the mail, please request to check the registration details through the help center inquiry registration.
After checking the contents of the application, we are responding quickly.
④ Preparing and opening a project
Please fill out all the items including basic information and story in the maker studio and submit the project.
The project opening date must be included in the planning exhibition schedule, and the final screening must be completed 7 days before the start of the planning exhibition. (The average time required for the review is 3 to 5 business days.)
When the review is completed, please release the project according to the schedule of the planning exhibition.

Various marketing benefits from the collection unit are provided during the planning exhibition.

📌 Precautions
Participation conditions, recruitment schedules, and benefits may differ for each planned exhibition.
You cannot participate in the planned exhibition within a month, but if you purchase a paid advertising package, you can participate in it.
If the project schedule changes after the selection, please contact the person in charge or the help center in advance.
