We send an electronic agreement (joint guarantee/delegation letter) signed to the representative email address you entered in the [Project Information] tab in the maker studio. If you don't see the mail, make sure to check your spam mailbox, too!
※ Non-corporate individuals and private businesses will be subject to project review without a separate agreement process if their representative's self-certification is completed.
※ If you entered an email address incorrectly or did not receive an email, please leave your Help Center - Enquiry Registration.
