Even though the rewards have been sent and registered normally, the delivery status may not be updated by the maker studio and may still be displayed as "in transit".
The delivery status within the maker studio is reflected based on the courier's interlocking system information. Occasionally, if the delivery completion information is not collected and sent normally by the courier, the "in-delivery" status may be maintained.
Wadiz considers that delivery has been completed regardless of funding and pre-order after a certain period of time has elapsed since the reward was changed to "in-ship" to prevent inconvenience caused by this interlocking error and facilitate smooth settlement.
✅ Based on "delivery completed" by destination (common fund·preoder)
Wadiz will determine whether the delivery has been completed based on the following criteria based on the date the reward was changed to "in-delivery" status (the date the maker sent the reward out and handed it over to the courier).
(1) If the destination is South Korea
If tracking is possible: When the courier link information normally switches to the "delivery completed" status value
If tracking is not possible (such as not collected information): 10 days after the "in transit" status change date, it is considered delivery complete
(2) If the destination is outside of South Korea
If tracking is possible: When the courier link information normally switches to the "delivery completed" status value
If tracking is not possible (such as not collected information): 10 days after the "in transit" status change date, it is considered delivery complete
💡 Date changed to "in-delivery" status: This means the date the manufacturer sends out a reward and the reward is handed over to the courier, and the system transitions to "in-delivery" status.
❌ No separate delivery completion processing request is required in "delivery in" state
Target: If the base period (10 days in Korea / 20 days outside Korea) that is considered to have been delivered has already elapsed
Guidance: Once that period has elapsed, the delivery is considered to have been completed automatically on the Wadiz system, so there is no need for the maker to request a separate status change.

Note: Please note that if you request a change of status through the customer center even after the base period has elapsed, the final settlement confirmation process may be delayed.
⭕ If you need to process the delivery immediately
Target: If the delivery completion period (10 days in Korea / 20 days outside of Korea) has not elapsed, but the supporter actually receives the reward and needs to change it to the delivery completion status immediately
How to Apply: You can request an adjustment through [Enquiry Registration] by attaching evidence to confirm delivery completion.
