✅ Wadiz Rewards Delivery Status
The delivery status is indicated in the maker studio by reflecting the delivery company's information.
In some cases, if you check it on the portal site, the delivery has already been completed, but the status value may not be changed in the maker studio yet.
In this case, if you write down the following items and contact us by registering for help center inquiries, we will check them quickly and guide you.
- Project Number
- Maker name
- Payment number required to change status value (including shipping number)
- (Optional) Submit courier data that can demonstrate delivery completion status
- If the "Delivery in" status has not passed more than 10 days, you can change it to "Delivery Completed" status upon submission of the relevant data.
- If the "Delivery in" state is more than 10 days old, it is automatically considered "Delivery Completed" on the Wadiz system, so no change to "Delivery Completed" state is required. (On the contrary, the final settlement may be delayed.)
