There are a joint guarantee and a power of attorney for the types of agreements.
- Solidarity guarantee: The joint guarantee is a promise that the representative will bear the responsibility of the project together for the protection of supporters and trust relationship following the advance payment of settlement payments (funding/prider-domestic only), and if you are a corporate business operator, you must sign each project.
- Power of attorney: The power of attorney is concluded to be formally delegated to the project-related contract authority when the co-representative or agent has performed self-certification. As long as the representative information does not change, we only need to proceed once for the first time.
※ A joint guarantee must be concluded if you wish to make a selection, and if it is not concluded before the project is completed, the settlement will be paid at the time of the final settlement (post-settlement).
