How do I set the reward shipping period?

  • You can set this directly in Maker Studio → [Schedule].

  • Since payments take place for 2 days after the project ends, the shipping period must be scheduled after the payment period.
    Example: If the project ends on February 10, 2024, payments are processed on February 11–12. Therefore, the shipping period cannot be set for Feb 1–10, but must be after the payment days.

  • If shipping is delayed, supporters may request refunds. Always set the shipping period based on when rewards are actually ready to ship.

  • For agricultural or fresh food products, it’s recommended to ship after weekends or holidays, and consider your daily shipping capacity when setting the period.
