A patent is only a document that proves the maker's rights to the product and does not verify the efficacy and effect of the product.
You can open a project by including the patent registration fact in the Story, but deletion may be requested if it violates related laws according to the ad review standards.
In addition, the reviewer may request submission of related documents in the following cases.
- Patent holders who have completed patent registration must submit a patent (utility model), product, and design registration certificate.
- Patent applicants who have not completed patent registration must submit a certificate proving the application fact.
- If the patentee has entered into an implementation (use) agreement, please submit an exclusive/ordinary implementation (use) right agreement.
