If you register a reward as Direct Delivery, you cannot enter courier or tracking number information.
If you actually shipped via courier but registered it as Direct Delivery, it may cause increased delivery inquiries from supporters.
With Direct Delivery, supporters must click the “Confirm Receipt” button after receiving the reward.
If they do not click, the system will automatically mark it as delivered 7 days later.
Because Direct Delivery generally takes longer to be processed than standard courier shipping, final settlement may also be delayed.
Unless the reward is intangible (e.g., digital content), courier shipping is recommended to ensure accurate delivery information.
