Is there an expiration date for Safe Number?

Safe numbers are valid for up to 60 days after initial creation, and can be regenerated if the expiration date is within 15 days.
If the safe number creation is missing, or if the expiration date is less than 15 days, you can access the Maker Studio and regenerate it by clicking the [Regenerate Safe Number] button in the Shipping & Refund tab.

Safe Number Creation Time The day after the final payment is completed (you can create a safe number from the 3rd day after the project end date). A safe number is automatically created when the payment is completed.
Safe Number Validity Period Valid for up to 60 days after the safe number is created. Valid for up to 60 days after the safe number is created.
Safe Number Available Period You can use the safe number for up to 7 days after the final payout is completed, and it will be automatically released thereafter. It is automatically released 7 days after purchase confirmation, order cancellation, and refund completion.
Safe Number Regeneration You can regenerate the safe number if the expiration date is within 15 days. You can regenerate the safe number if the expiration date is within 15 days.
Precautions 
  • Safe numbers cannot be used to send LMS or MMS messages. (Gift certificates cannot be sent.) 
  • When the safe number is released, the supporter's actual contact information is masked and exposed, and the maker cannot check the supporter's contact information.
  • You can still send calls or text messages to supporters using the safe number.
