How can I check the supporter's personal customs clearance code?

Once the project is Ended and the final Payment is complete, you can check the Supporter information in the [Shipping & Refund] of Maker Studio.

Here's how to check the Supporter's personal customs clearance code and the recipient's mobile phone number.

1. Please access Maker Studio.
   
   
2. Click the [Shipping·Refund] tab in Project management, and click [Download Unshipped Information] at the bottom right.
   
   
3. You can check the Supporter's personal customs clearance code and the recipient's mobile phone number in the downloaded Excel sheet.
    
4. According to the Korea Customs Service's standards, the actual recipient's mobile phone number, not the mobile phone number of the Supporter who made the Payment, is displayed.
   
   
5. The recipient's mobile phone number must be used only for customs clearance procedures, and you must be aware that legal liability may arise if used for other purposes.
