How to Use the Pre-Order Settlement Service

※ This guidance only applies to Korean makers (if you have a registered business registration in your Maker account in Korea).

※ In accordance with the requirements for registration of mail order business and domestic settlement, the global maker (if the business registration registered in the maker's account is located outside of Korea) Seonjeongsan service is not available, and 100% post-settlement policy is applied to all projects.

 

 

✅ What is Wadiz's selected mountain service? 

It is a service that allows you to receive a portion of the settlement amount in advance when working on a preorder 'special composition' or 'limited edition' project.

Funding and preorder 'Domestic Only' projects will be divided into selected and final settlement, but preorder 'Special Composition' and 'Limited Edition' projects will be paid in batches at the final settlement.

In this case, if you apply for the selected mountain service, you can receive a portion of the payment completed in advance.

✅ Targets and standards for the use of Wadiz-selected industrial services

Preorder 'Special Composition' and 'Limited Edition' Project

(For funding and preorder 'domestic exclusive' projects, the settlement amount is divided into selected and final settlement, so no application is required.) 

Excluding use

Global Maker (if the business registration place registered in the Maker account is outside of Korea)

For global makers, no selection charge will be paid for all projects and 100% post-settlement policy will be applied.

 Applications can be made within 10 days from the scheduled opening date or the main funding opening date to the project completion date 

a fee for use

3% of payment completed

 (However, in the case of multiple or non-intangible mixed rewards provided continuously for more than one month, exemptions from fees for using selected services)

the amount paid

 Payment of the amount deducted from 60% of the payment completion by the selected service fee, pricing plan fee, all expenses, etc.

Time of payment

 Payment is made on the return date (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) after the issuance of the selected calculation statement

 

 

✅ Application and cancellation of Wadiz's selected mountain service 

 

  • Application for Seonjeongsan Mountain Service 

If you proceed with the "Special Composition" and "Limited Edition" project of the preorder, you can apply for the Seonjeongsan service according to the procedure below.
 

  1. Completion and submission of applications 
     
    1. Please fill out and submit the application form for Seonjeongsan Mountain service.
    2. When you fill it out, you must attach the same business registration card as the business information registered in the maker studio.
       
  2. Proceed with internal review 
     
    1. An internal review will be conducted based on the application you submitted. 
    2. Once the review is approved, the selected calculation statement will be issued by e-mail within 10 business days from the end of the project. 
       
  3. Payment of selected charges 
     
    1. If the review is approved, we will issue the selected calculation statement to the maker's e-mail within 10 business days from the project's end date.
    2. The settlement amount will be paid on the settlement date (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) after the issuance of the selected calculation statement.
    3. Even if the internal review is approved, the payment of the selected payment may be suspended if the required documents of the reward are not submitted at the time of payment of the selected payment, or if there is a reason to withhold the payment of the selected payment.

 

 

  • Cancellation of application for Seonjeongsan service 
     
    • If you want to cancel your application for Seonjeongsan service, please fill out and submit a request for cancellation of Seonjeongsan service.
    • Cancellation of Seonjeongsan service is available until the 4th from the end of the project. 
    • If you apply for the selected mountain service after the cancellation application period has elapsed, you can apply for cancellation only on the day of application.
