We would like to inform you that the 'Fast Final Payout using Guarantee Insurance' service will be temporarily suspended from November 7, 2024 due to circumstances of the guarantee insurance company.
We will notify you of whether and when the service will be resumed through a separate announcement.
Please note that increasing the advertising Postpaid payment limit using guarantee insurance can still be done regardless of this service.
✅ Eligible for Fast Final Payout
For funding or pre-order projects conducted with digital Rewards in the form of tickets or subscriptions, you can receive a fast payout by submitting a guarantee insurance certificate. However, digital Rewards provided in file format such as e-books and VODs are not eligible for fast Final Payout.
✅ Fast Final Payout Timing
- Approximately 10 business days after the means to reserve or use the Reward (text, email, etc.) has been completely delivered to the supporter.
(Example) This is the point when all procedures have been completed, such as the supporter applying for a refund after receiving the Reward and the maker either approving or rejecting it.
- When submitting the guarantee insurance certificate, the final payout will be paid after the fast final payout time (number 1). You can submit the guarantee insurance certificate even before the 10 business days have passed.
However, the final payout can only proceed after 10 business days have passed since all Reward reservation/usage methods have been delivered.

Precautions
- After 10 business days, an internal payout process of 3 business days will proceed, and payment will be made on the nearest Wadiz payout date.
- If additional verification is required during the internal payout process, payment of the payout amount may be delayed.
※ Wadiz payout date: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding weekends/holidays)
✅ Application for Sending Contract for Guarantee Insurance Enrollment
To receive a fast payout, you must submit a guarantee insurance certificate to Wadiz.
- Please apply for the issuance of a contract for guarantee insurance enrollment through Help Center inquiry registration.

- We will check the application details and send the contract for guarantee insurance enrollment to the representative's email.
- Check the contract, sign (signature), and enroll in guarantee insurance.
