✅ Refund Handling for wadiz Makers
Please process “Approve” or “Reject” within 7 business days of the refund request in the [Shipping & Refund Management] section of Maker Studio.
If you do not process the request within 7 business days, the refund will be automatically approved, so please make sure to respond promptly.
✅ On-Hold Option
From the 5th business day, the “On Hold” button will appear.
If you cannot reach the supporter or need more time, you may extend the refund processing period by up to 3 additional days.
✅ Refund Amounts by Reason
The refund amount depends on the supporter’s reason:
- Wrong delivery / defective reward / false project information: → Full amount including shipping cost will be refunded.
- Change of mind by the supporter: → The refund will automatically exclude the initial shipping cost.
📌Additional Costs
Return shipping costs must be collected separately from the supporter.
If no initial shipping cost was set, you must separately collect the round-trip shipping cost from the supporter.
