How is the settlement method for global projects different from domestic projects?

Settlement for global Project is subject to the same settlement cycle and ratio as in Korea, depending on the Funding/pre-order type, and the settlement currency is paid to the Maker's domestic account in KRW.

✅ Global Project Settlement Method

📌 Settlement Cycle and Ratio 

  • The same settlement cycle and ratio as domestic projects are applied depending on the Funding or pre-order type.
  • There is no separate settlement method difference even for global projects.

📌 Settlement Currency and Payment Method

  • All settlements are processed based on South Korean Won (KRW).

  • Deposits are only made to the Maker's domestic bank account, and foreign currency payments or overseas account payments are not supported.

  • Payments from overseas Supporters are also converted based on KRW.

📌 Distinguishing between domestic and overseas payments 

  • Domestic and overseas payments are settled separately.

  • For Early Payout, domestic/overseas payment details are provided as one settlement statement. 

  • For Final Payout, domestic/overseas payment details are provided as separate settlement statements.

 

📌 Exchange Rate Application Standard 

  • Payment differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are reflected according to the card company's exchange rate at the time of Supporter payment.
