Will payments be processed using the exchange rate in effect at the time of participation in the global project?

Yes, the final amount will be confirmed and fixed based on the exchange rate at the time of participation, depending on the payment method (Stripe reservation payment or Alipay immediate payment) selected by overseas supporters. For the convenience of overseas supporters, the amount of local currency in each country exposed in the project detail page (story) is converted based on the real-time expected exchange rate.

✅Stripe (Reservation Payment Method) → Payment in USD

• Dollar (USD) Billing and Exchange Rate Fixed: Even if supporters from outside the US/US participate, the final card billing and payment will be charged to Stripe on a "US Dollar (USD)" basis. At this time, the final settlement currency (USD) amount is fixed based on the exchange rate at the time of participation in funding. Supporters will be charged the fixed dollar amount at the time of participation, even if the exchange rate changes on the actual payment date after the project ends.
   

• Information on actual payment differences: Depending on the card company's exchange fees and applicable exchange rates, there may be slight differences between the estimated amount of each country's currency displayed on the site at the time of payment and the final dollar amount charged in the actual card statement.

• KRW (KRW) payment and exchange rate fixed: In the case of overseas supporters who pay immediately after participation through Alipay, payment will be made based on KRW (KRW) as before, not foreign currency. At this time, the final payment amount in Korean won will be confirmed and fixed based on the exchange rate at the time of participation in the funding.

• The final withdrawal amount of supporters' local currency (CNY, etc.) will be determined by the real-time exchange rate and fee policy of Alipay's own payment network.
