If a change-of-mind refund request is received for overseas sales, you can reject the refund according to the policy.

However, even if it is a global project, change-of-mind refunds are possible for domestic sales as before.
✅ Refunds or exchanges due to delayed or non-delivery of Rewards, or defects in Rewards, are possible according to existing Wadiz policies.

Refunds or exchanges due to Reward defects, delivery delays, or non-delivery are possible according to the Wadiz basic refund policy.
- It is processed according to the Wadiz basic refund policy regardless of the maker's individual policies.

In the case of overseas sales, it may be difficult or impossible to recover the Reward, so it is recommended to inform the supporter to dispose of the Reward and proceed with the refund.
- Exchanges due to defects may incur shipping costs, and separate import procedures may be required when importing into Korea.
- For each individual project, it is recommended to specify 'Exchanges are not possible' in the 'Policy' tab of Maker Studio.
