Intangible Rewards Draft File Submission Guide

✅ Why do you need a super file?

  • Unlike physical rewards, intangible rewards (e-books, videos, sound sources, app services, periodicals, etc.) make it difficult to verify that real offerings exist.
  • In order to protect supporters and prevent disputes, Wadiz will in principle submit a draft file equivalent to the final reward at the project review stage.

✅ When to submit

  • You need to submit it in advance so that you can check it at the project review stage.
  • However, if it is impossible to submit the entire file during the review due to the nature of the production, it can be submitted afterwards before the end of the funding.
  • If it is not submitted before the end of funding, the Rewards delivery and selection process may be restricted.

✅ What file should I submit?

  • Before submitting the project, please upload the file equivalent to the final offer to the maker studio and submit it in the final.
  • The submitted draft file will not be used for any purpose other than examination under Wadiz's confidentiality terms and conditions (Article 16 of the Maker Terms and Conditions) and will not be disclosed to third parties.

✅ Precautions for submission

  • Submitted files are accessible only to reviewers and are securely managed by internal systems.
  • Please make sure to mark the copyright, source, etc. clearly.
  • If the submission material differs significantly from the project story or infringes on the copyright, the project may be rejected.
  • File Capacity Issues
    • For large files that are difficult to upload to the maker studio, please upload them through the Google Drive link listed in the required document information e-mail sent after the final approval of the review.

✅ Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What is the draft file?

It refers to files that are at the same level as the actual offerings of intangible rewards, such as e-books, video and sound sources, app services, and periodicals. In order to protect supporters and prevent disputes, Wadiz is supposed to submit draft files when reviewing intangible rewards projects.

Q2. When should I submit it?

In principle, you have to upload it as a required document and submit the project.

However, if it is difficult to submit immediately due to the nature of the production, it is possible to submit alternative materials before the end of funding within the scope recognized by Wadiz.

※ We will inform you individually during the screening process whether to apply exceptions.

Q3.What file should I submit?

If possible, please submit the same level of file as the final reward.

If it is difficult to submit the entire file due to the nature of the production, we can request some materials or alternative materials depending on the method set by Wadiz.

Q5. What happens if I don't submit the draft file?

The draft file is one of the project approval requirements. If you don't submit it, the review may not be approved.

Q6. It's hard to submit an initial file, what should I do?

Please upload the alternative material that can confirm the existence and suitability of the reward first and then submit the project. For example, some publications, sample files, demonstration videos, and composition plans may be applicable, and the specific scope of accreditation will be notified individually during the review process.

Q7.Is there a minimum volume requirement for ebook rewards?

Project progress requires at least 30 pages of rewards (based on e-books). However, additional designs or detailed edits, such as covers or forms, are not included in the draft file.
