- According to Wadiz's Shipping Policy 3.2 Completion of Shipping, digital rewards or rewards that combine digital and physical items are considered to have completed reward shipping at the time the service is actually provided to the supporter or when the usage period expires.
- Specifying the available period can minimize supporter confusion in the event of a refund or dispute. Please specify a clear usage period so that supporters can accurately understand the reward usage conditions.
2. Precautions when writing
- Please specify the usage period in the reward name or reward description.
- All usage periods for each reward must be specified, and batch notation is possible if the periods are the same.
- You cannot use non-specific expressions such as “Lifetime Ownership”, “Permanent Ownership”, or “Unlimited Download”. Please set the available period to a feasible period.

A. In some cases, it is possible to use relaxed expressions such as [Specify the downloadable period] and then [Personal ownership is possible after downloading]. However, continuously provided services (e.g. subscription, streaming) must specify a finite available period.
Q3. Do I need to include the reward, reward delivery method, and available period?
A. When proceeding with a digital reward, the maker must provide the following three pieces of information.
