When running a global project, what is the transaction fee when international supporters make a payment?

Through the global project, the Wadiz service fee for the amount paid by overseas supporters will be applied at 0%.

What is the fee for using the overseas payment service?

This is the basic service fee for the Wadiz platform provided throughout the entire operation from the start of the global project for supporters from overseas (outside Korea).

Simply put, it refers to the fee charged by Wadiz when overseas supporters pay for your project.

 

What conditions do I need to receive the benefits?

Target MakerManufacturer whose business registration address or resident registration address is Korean
Includes corporations/private businesses/individuals
Target ProjectProject with Rewards shipping type set to 'Worldwide Shipping'

Projects already submitted before April 1st will not be subject to the changed fee. Please make sure to submit the project after April 1st to receive the benefits.


How can it be applied?

Without a separate application, it will be applied automatically by setting the delivery type at the project design stage.

When you click the button, the 0% global fee is automatically applied.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q If I open a global project, will the fee be 0% for all payments?
No. A 0% fee will be applied only to payments made by overseas supporters.

For example, if domestic and overseas supporters participated in the global project together, the existing service fee will be applied to domestic supporters' payments, and 0% will be applied only to overseas supporters' payments.
Q Is the payment and settlement processing fee also exempted?
No. This benefit is only applicable to 'Wadiz service usage fee'.

Please note that the payment and settlement processing fee will be charged the same as before.
Q Can I also benefit from the projects I submitted before April 1st?
No. This benefit will be applicable from projects submitted after 00:00 on April 1, 2026.

Projects that have already been submitted before April 1st will not reflect the changed fees in the studio, so please make sure to check the time of submission.
Q Do I have to apply separately to receive the benefits?
No. There is no need for a separate application.

If you set the shipping type to 'World Shipping' during the project design phase, it will be applied automatically.
Q Until when will this benefit be covered?
There is currently no end date set. If there is any change, we will inform you separately.
