Until when and how can I edit my Rewards?

Depending on the stage of the project and the type of project, the scope and availability of reword modifications will vary.

In particular, the scope of modification is different depending on before and after the project opening, so please check it.

1. You are free to modify your rewards before the project opens.

Rewards can be modified freely in the maker studio before the project is opened (in the scheduled state of opening).

You can modify all the contents of the reward, including the following items.

• a reward price
• Rewards Configuration
• Options and quantities
• Reward name and description
• Images and Details

2. Only some items can be modified after the project is opened. 

After the project opens, the modifiable items are restricted.

  • Options and quantities

※ The key conditions affecting supporters who have already participated cannot be changed.

3. Precautions for adding rewards

Rewards can be added even after the project is opened. 

However, depending on the additional rewards added, additional document submissions may be required.

• The person in charge may request to submit the documents separately.
• Failure to submit documents within the requested deadline may result in project non-exposure or cancellation.

4. Is it possible to add rewards by project type

Depending on the type of project, the criteria for adding rewards vary.

• Funding/Free Order (Domestic Only)

  • Rewards that are already on sale on other platforms cannot be added.

  • However, you can add subrewards that are included in the existing rewards.

    • What is a sub reward? Rewards that are not introduced as the main rewards in the project story and have a lower value than the main rewards (e.g., additional components, accessories in a set configuration)
       

• Preorder (Special Configuration)

  • You can add new rewards or rewards that are already on sale on other platforms.

  • However, the following conditions must be met.

    • Exclusive configuration or benefits provided exclusively by Wadiz during the duration of the project shall be included. 

    • New configurations that have never been provided before are first revealed in Wadiz 

    • If additional price benefits are offered only in Wadiz
       

• Free order (limited edition)

  • You can add new rewards or rewards that are already on sale on other platforms.

  • However, the following conditions must be met.

  • Products or services produced in a limited way without additional production plans
  • If some of these limited quantities are provided as Wadiz pre-orders
