How do you design Rewards?

I'll show you how to design your own rewards for your supporters to participate in.
You can set the reward amount, composition, options, images, and benefit badges by item.

 

 

✅ Getting Started with Rewards Design

Go to the Maker Studio > Project Management > Rewards tab and click the Add Rewards button.

 

 

✅ How to create each item
 

  • Rewards amount (cannot be modified after opening)
    • Enter the amount of money the supporters participate in. Only numbers can be entered, and must be entered in units of 10 won.
       
  • Show discount (cannot be modified after opening)
    • You can enter discount information by entering the reward amount and selecting the Show Discount check box.
      • Select discount method: % (discount rate) or KRW (discount amount)
      • % Enter: Enter within the range of 1 to 99% (no full 100% discount)
      • When entering the circle: At least 10 won, enter in units of 10 won
      • Full price: It is automatically calculated and displayed in the preview when entering the discount rate or discount amount.
      • Price Preview: If the input is valid, the discount rate, fixed price, and reward amount will be reflected in real time.
      • If you set the discount rate excessively, you may need proof of the full price
         
  • Rewards name (can be modified after opening)
    • Enter the name of the reward to be exposed to supporters.
    • Please avoid using the name of the reward 
       
  • Early bird benefit badge (can be modified after opening)
    • You can set a benefit badge on your rewards. The badge is exposed together before the reward name.
      • Disabled (default)
      • Early bird / Super early bird / Ultra early bird / You can choose one
      • When setting up, it is exposed in the form of a [badge name] reward name on the entire page, including the reward card, participation details, and payment details on the supporter screen.
         
  • Rewards description (can be modified after opening)
    • Please fill out the reward components, benefits, precautions, etc. in detail. This information is available when the supporter opens the reward card.
       
  • Limited quantity (cannot be modified after opening)
    • Please enter the total number available for sale for that reward. It is automatically [out of stock] when the quantity is exhausted.
       
  • Country and shipping cost (cannot be modified after opening) 
    • Please set the country where you can deliver and the shipping cost.
       
  • RewerDe's representative image (Can be modified after opening)
    • You can register one image that represents the reward. Registration of images is optional.
      • Image specification: JPG, JPEG, PNG / 10MB or less / Resolution 1104×624px or higher
      • Please use an image with a good view of the reward components, and minimize the text within the image.

You can design the options that supporters will choose when they participate in rewards. Choose the right method for my reward type.
※ Rewards configuration and options cannot be modified after the project is opened.

The option is
when you're not there

 Please use it for rewards where supporters don't have a separate option to choose from.
If set to No Options, the Select Options window will not appear on the supporter screen.💡 It is recommended for single products (tech and home appliances) and optional compositional sets (beauty, food, home living).
  • Robot vacuum cleaner main product × 1
  • [White Set] 2 whitening ampoules + 1 cleansing foam + 1 sleeping pack
  • [Variety pack] 1 beef topping + 1 chicken topping + 1 vegetable mushroom topping
  1. Add Rewards > How to Configure Rewards > Single Configuration > Choose No Options
  2. Enter limited quantity
 

The option is
When there's one

 Please use it when there is 1 reward configuration product and 1 option type that supporters have to choose from.
Inventory management by option is possible.💡 It is recommended for home living categories where you have to choose the color.		 1 28" Premium Carrier
Color: Choose one out of white, silver, dark green, and black
  1. Add Rewards > How to Configure Rewards > Single Configuration > Select Options
  2. [Enter quantity for each option] Individually set the limited quantity for each option
  3. Enter the name of the option that the supporter will select in [Option Name] (e.g., color)
  4. Enter option types separated by commas ( , ) in Options Values (e.g., white, silver, dark green, black)
  5. Click the [Apply Option List] button → Automatically generate the option list and enter the quantity

 Use it when there is one reward configuration product and there are several types of options that supporters have to choose from.
Options can be added up to three levels.💡 It is recommended for fashion and miscellaneous goods categories where color and size must be selected at the same time.		 1 cashmere trench coat
Color: Choose 1 out of Black, Khaki, and Ivory
Size: Choose 1 out of S, M, L, and XL
Length: Select one from long, medium, or short
  1. Add Rewards > How to Configure Rewards > Single Configuration > Select Options
  2. Enter the first option name in Option Name (e.g. Color)
  3. Enter option types separated by commas (,) in Options Values
  4. Press the right [+] button to add an optional entry window (up to 3 steps)
  5. Enter the second option name in the new option name (e.g., size)
  6. Enter [Optional Value] and click [Apply Option List] → Enter quantity
 

Set Configuration
When it's a reward

 Please use it when you have a choice option for each product that makes up the set.
You can set up to 10 configurations with the [+Add Configuration] button.
  • [Umbrella set] Choose 5 umbrellas and colors for each umbrella
  • [Super early bird] T-shirt + ball cap + hoodie zip-up / Select the size and color of each product
  1. Add Rewards > How to Configure Rewards > Select Set Configuration
  2. Select [1. Configuration] and enter the configuration name and options. (The method of entering options is the same as C)
  3. Click [+Add Configuration] to enter repeatedly for each product included in the set (up to 10)

 Please use it when supporters have to enter the contents themselves, such as initial engraving and individual messages.

  1. Add Rewards > How to Configure Rewards > Single Configuration > Select Direct Input
  2. Please write an example phrase for supporters to refer to in the input box at the bottom of the option setting.
    (Example: "Please enter a phrase no more than 10 characters in English.")

💡 Make sure to check out the preview!
Once the reward design is complete, click Save, then return to the reward design menu and click Preview at the top right to confirm that the options and images are designed properly.
Some items cannot be modified after the project is opened.
