I share a representative case of action based on this week's operational policy.

CASE 01 AI-generated virtual person unmarked advertising case
Beauty / Display Advertising Act / Fair Trade Commission Guidelines / Revision

01 · Sensing

AI Monitoring

In the project story image, we detected a scene in which a person who appears to have been created with AI uses and recommends the product, and we checked the unmarked material indicating that the person is a virtual person.

02 · Review

Review of operators and supplement data

Based on the Fair Trade Commission's recommendation and guarantee review guidelines (enforced on June 1, 2026), it is reviewed whether it corresponds to the recommendation and guarantee of virtual persons and meets the marking requirements (text/photography/video) by media.

03 · Measures

Request to modify the story

Guide the marking method for each medium and request for story and image correction for materials missing the marking of virtual characters.

CASE 01 Detail Case
AI-generated Virtual Person Unmarked Case
This is a case in which there is no indication that a virtual person created by AI is a virtual person in an advertisement that recommends and guarantees a product. It can be mistaken for the experience of using a real person, and there is a possibility of violating the 「Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising」. (Guidelines for review of recommendations and guarantees by the Fair Trade Commission, implemented on June 1, 2026)

02 - Status of this week's report received

No separate reports were received this week.

There were no major issues received as consumer reports, but Wadiz took preemptive action by checking the quality of rewards that occurred in the delivery and receipt stages without waiting for the report. In this issue, we will share the case around it.

03 · This week's main issue — Examples of preemptive reward defect measures

This is an example of a reward quality issue that Wadiz confirmed through monitoring and took preemptive action.

Rewards Identified Issues Measures
Cooljet Pan Wind strength weak · loud → Specification performance difference compared to sample Will resend all of them
a cold blanket Printed out during washing → Check product defect Will resend all of them
a stand fan Burton noise / insufficient finish / excessive exchange / return costs Adjust return shipping cost
CASE 01 CoolJet Pan
Details of action / Resend all of them

Issue content

Supporter feedback has been confirmed that wind strength is weak and noise is high during operation.

the result of the confirmation

Differences in specification performance such as wind strength and noise were confirmed between sample rewards and actual logistics warehousing rewards.

Details of Measures

We plan to resend all reproduced products without collecting rewards.

CASE 02 Cold blanket
Details of action / Resend all of them

Issue content

It has been confirmed that printing (printing) falls when washing the cold blanket.

the result of the confirmation

As a result of the production process inspection, it was confirmed that the product related to printing durability was defective.

Details of Measures

We plan to resend all improved products without recovering rewards.

CASE 03 Stand Fan
Improvements in Action / Conditions

Issue content

Although it was not a product defect, there was an opinion that the overall quality of the finish did not meet expectations and there was a button operation noise.

the result of the confirmation

It is not defective, but it has been confirmed that the cost of exchange and return is excessive. (30,000 won after opening / 15,000 won after opening)

Details of Measures

We decided that the supporter burden was excessive, so we asked the maker to cooperate and lowered the return delivery fee to 10,000 won.

Operational protection direction

Wadiz is checking its own reward quality issues in the delivery and receipt stages, even before the report is received. We will continue to strengthen the environment in which supporters can participate in funding with confidence by adjusting all defective products to a reasonable level through maker cooperation.

04 · Summary of this week's operations

This week was a week in which we preemptively dealt with reward quality issues found through AI monitoring and self-inspection without any unusual reporting.

1
Current status of AI monitoring measures
We monitored 185 projects, 22 of which led to maker correction requests and 1 of which led to non-exposure measures.
2
Preemptive Action Processing Status
This week, without any unusual reporting, we preemptively took action on three reward quality issues found through self-inspection, and the main types were product defects and improvement of delivery and return conditions.
3
